Systems that were built, deployed, and are still running. Each one links to the live thing.

How to read this. Every item below states what it is, what it proves, and where its limits are. Where something was never put into production, that is said plainly rather than implied away. The point of the page is that these can be checked, not that they sound impressive.

Running systems

marinestandards.com

liveRegulatory research over a verified corpus

A research tool across 4,444 sections of marine regulation and standards, where every answer must cite the clause it came from. Built around verification rather than trust: a completeness check against the source index, verbatim containment against official PDFs pinned by hash, and a 300 DPI page-image audit that corrected roughly 260 transcription errors before the tool was allowed to answer anything.

The audit caught a section the model had fabricated that the citation checker could not see, because that checker validated against the corpus and the corpus was what was wrong.

Rigger Reports

liveField reporting and non-conformance workflow

A shop-floor application: guided install-report wizards with photo capture, a non-conformance wizard with engineering review sign-off, status-routed notifications, and PDF and spreadsheet output. Specified with written acceptance criteria before any of it was built.

The organization it was built for chose not to implement it, so it has never been in production use and no quality or defect outcome is claimed for it. What runs here is a demonstration under a fictional yard, on wholly synthetic data that reseeds nightly.

can-id

liveIdentity service, built to be audited

A standards-conformant identity provider. It runs an external OpenID Foundation conformance suite against its own public URL rather than a local copy: 38 checks pass, one fails, and the failure is written down. It carries a traceability matrix running requirement to design decision to code to test to evidence, with every row that has no evidence yet marked visibly as a gap.

It is not certified, and the project's own documentation says so.

stackcaster.app

liveCommercial rules-answering service

Answers rules questions with citations, backed by a content pipeline built as a fixed sequence with intelligence entering only at bounded points. Model routing is chosen per stage with the cost written beside it, drafting was decided by a blind comparison across five models, and third-party material is treated as a lead rather than a fact until it verifies against the official source.

driftnode.gg

liveSelf-hosted communications platform

A team communication platform for organizations that need their conversations to stay on infrastructure they control. Thirteen services in production behind a single front door.
